Starts at the mouth of the Parrett, near Steart.
Order of legs run by the mighty Maiden Newton Mixed Team:
1. Phil
2. Di
3. Ian
4. Lin
5. Martin
6. Dave
Our goal is to beat last year's time, and not have anybody get lost.
And most importantly enjoy the whole experience ( even if we get lost( which we won't) ).
Hopefully the weather will be better than for the last relay Phil got talked into.
And Lin is hoping she won't need her woolly mittens this time.

Didn't they do well!
Third mixed team and 7th overall, doesn't do justice to the great performance by our team. Over 45 minutes faster than last year. Most importantly nobody got lost (not even Martin!)
Martin has some great photos of the whole team (except for Phil, but we have enough amusing pictures of Phil already) so once Crewkerne have the results on their website we'll create a new post with a report and the pictures. If anyone else has photos that could be included then e-mail them to us and we'll put those on too.
If we keep putting in results like this we could have people thinking we are a real running club!!!. ( good job Lin's got a glass in her hand) that should put them straight agian.
It's a well known fact that you can always rely on me to have a glass in my hand!
I can't beleave after Martins effort to set this site up the drinkers or do I mean the runners of MNR have got so little to say.
